Sr. Director - Enterprise Sales(Manufacturing)
B. Tech, MBA(full Time) from a Tier 1 Institute
Work Experience:
(a) 15+ years of relevant experience in P&L management/Enterprise sales in B2B/Industrial space.
(b) Exposure to consultative sales to enterprises will be preferred.
Role Responsibilities:
- Own & grow the P&L of a region with end-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & supply chain.
- Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts.
- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth in share of business.
- Ensure account stabilization and further growth
Knowledge/ Skills:
(a) Excellent communication & people management skills.
(b) Should have led a sizeable team. High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch. Essential
(c) Must enjoy sales hunting and driving aggressive sales targets, coaching and mentoring a sizable team Essential
Exp in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, Corporate Sales, Institutional Sales, Key Account Management, Strong P&L management in Manufacturing, Chemical, Renewable Energy is mandatory
