Overview of the Role Engineering Leader Location: India, Gurgaon Reporting to Delivery Head of Product Engineering Services Role Description: As part of an autonomous R&D team, understand the business of your customer, plan and develop new features, data structures and algorithms to provide a high-quality product. Responsibilities: - Take part in defining and building the application architecture and development pipeline to in order to create a productive and fun to work with environment. - Lead a cross-functional team of back-end, mobile, full-stack, devops and automation engineers in India. - Collaborate with Israel and US teams to build, test and deploy product updates. Be able to stand up for&nbsp;right ideas and follow-through. - Continuously discover, evaluate, and help roll out new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Qualifications: - Experience with cloud infrastructure like Amazon Web Services (AWS) - Knowledge of micro-services architecture and NoSQL databases (MongoDB) - Experience in working with build &amp; packaging tools (Docker, Jenkins) - Experience with a high-volume or critical production service environments - Be able to guide projects and features end to end - Out of the box thinking and great problem solving abilities - Can do attitude, Excellent communications skills
