This position will be responsible for leading all of the Product Engineering teams based in our India Center and also be a part of the core leadership team&nbsp;for the India site. The teams will be handling end-to-end ownership of multiple Enterprise products. We are looking for people passionate about building products and have an experience leading large product teams and can actively participate in all aspects of day-to-day engineering management, from product and technology direction to process improvements. Key responsibilities : - Establishing and maintaining high-performing engineering teams - Responsible for the overall product release delivery and quality across multiple products - Work with the line of business to define the product road-map and strategy - Actively guide and mentor the team &amp; obviate roadblocks - Work with our global customers to ensure Customer Satisfaction - Create and foster a culture of effective Agile practices and Innovation Experience &amp; Knowledge : - 20+ years of experience in Software Engineering - At least 8 years' experience in managing multiple teams of software developers - Proven track record of managing the development of enterprise-grade software products that can scale into a broader enterprise ecosystem - Experience working in a global product software companies - Deep experience with Agile software development techniques and pitfalls - Solid understanding of n-tier/multi-tier architectures - Experience of product development using .Net/Java technology stack - Familiarity and/or experience with public cloud infrastructure and technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Engine or Azure - Experience developing and supporting hosted and/or multi-tenant software delivered in the Software-a-Service (SaaS) model - Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills
