- Strong experience in both the Operational Risk & Compliance as well as the Enterprise Risk and Compliance space.

- Must have dealt with Risk & Compliance for large third-party set-ups.

- Strong preference for someone who has dealt with Technology clients in BPS setups.

- Able to think differently, unconventionally, and from a different perspective.

- Excellent negotiation skills with an analytical mind.

- Good judgment and decision making skills.

- Strong team management experience.
