Senior Director/Director - Product Control

CTC : 100 - 160 LPA (Can Be Discussed for more)

- Strong Product Control Experience required with Very Good Exposure in P&L production and Analysis.

About you :

- MBA, CA, CFA with minimum of 15+ years relevant Product Control industry experience, including 8+ years of people management experience.

- Strong background in Financial Products and trading businesses.

- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of key deliverables

- Desire to lead and guide others to achieve goals and objectives

Key responsibilities include :

- Oversight of the resourcing, production and review of daily profit and loss reports

- Oversight of the resourcing, production and review of daily cash reconciliations

- Oversight and review of month-end activities including: posting month end journals, review of intercompany balances, transfer pricing, reconciliation of the balance sheet

- Drive efficiency (speed of delivery) within the team

- Regularly review and improve output quality to aid business review

- Manage key stakeholder relationships with other internal departments where appropriate, in particular Front Office, Operations, Settlements, Financial Control, Regulatory Reporting, Corporate Reporting and Taxation and appropriately handling and addressing all escalations.
