My Client is Looking for the following position, based at Mumbai

Position : Sr.Director/Director - Corporate/Wholesale Banking (IT)

Position Reporting To : CTO

Location : Mumbai

Objective :

- Through Leadership in Project process and team management and strategic vision accomplish end to end implementation and maintenance of wholesale banking and corporate banking Technology solutions for bank

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for helping the Bank to evaluate, identify and devise robust Technology Solution for the wholesale and corporate banking based on RBI regulations and Head Office guidelines

- Lead and manage project as well as team for end-to-end implementation of shortlisted IT products which are specific to wholesale and corporate banking. There can be any of the following systems like Treasury, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Corporate Loan management etc.

- Strategies and design project plans, project scope, project activities, schedules, deadlines and cost/time estimates to achieve on time delivery

- Fulfilling the roles of project manager and functional expert during the project implementation.

- To partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into the corporate and wholesale strategies.

- Make recommendations on assortment/ evaluation and implementation of the necessary technology solutions

- Provide expertise on wholesale and corporate banking industry best practices.

- Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure technology solutions provided

- Identify new areas of opportunities beyond current organizational thinking.

- Analyze performance and customer feedback pre and post-launch, and respond quickly to diagnose and modifications if any

- Conduct internal and external research and usability studies to understand how customers are interacting with the product and develop / recommend enhancements based on the results / analysis

- Ensures cross functional team partners deliver features and functionality as per the scope documented

- Drive design and development changes of new features to drive improvements

- Responsible to provide solutions, devise/ design, implement, lead and manage end-to-end implementation across the bank

- Lead and manage end-to-end processes, services, business analysis, implementations, customizations, solutions, SAT/UAT testing etc.

- Responsible for establishing & maintaining the strong Vendor relationships & ensure they meet the agreed SLA's.

- Establish and manage strong internal relationships with key stakeholders by understanding their business strategies, application usage, priorities etc.

- Provide the proposals, be engaged in designing and providing pertinent Solutions

- Create a monitoring plan for continuous development and upgrade to comply with all regulators

Candidate Profile :

- Preferred Qualifications : MBA /B.E / B.Tech/ M.Tech.

- Preferred Experience : 15 to 25 years.

- Extensive large/complex consulting engagement experience leading cross-functional teams

- Market Leadership Domain expertise in Wholesale and corporate Banking.

- Experience in publishing thought leadership articles addressing key Banking issues facing the BFS industry

- Deep understanding of the trends, issues and challenges in Wholesale and Corporate Banking and a considered point of view on the future developments in the industry

- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills

- Should have excellent communication, presentation and client interfacing skills.

- Should be able to think logically and present ideas from a business perspective.

- Motivated, disciplined and able to work in an entrepreneurial environment.

- Ability to deal with and communicate with all levels.
