Senior Director - Delivery Head

Position: Senior Director-Delivery head Chennai location

Reporting to Sr. VP Technology -Based out of USA

Direct reports will be 3 or 4 (Managers / directors)

Team Size :Engineers report to these managers and directors - is about 25-30

Looking for a senior management professional to head Indian operations team consisting of Graphics, Development, QA, Support and Dev Ops .

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end to end product delivery from project kick-off to go-live and post go-live support.

- Manage project scheduling, prioritization, planning, execution, roll-outs and post go-live support by working closely with development, QA and Support directors / managers

- Work closely with executives in planning and implementing organizations near and long term objectives.

- Come up with product and technical strategy for quality products

- Provide leadership and manage the operation centre that includes hiring, mentoring and leading teams for continued growth, conducting annual reviews etc.

- Driving continuous improvement

- Be a single point of contact for executives for the smooth function of Chennai centre.

Requirement:

- 12-15 Years with a leadership background.

- Experience in leading off-shore centres and with good gaming experience will be preferred.
