Designation: Sr. Director with Customer Analytics (Only Female) Exp.: 8 - 16 Years Location: Bangalore In this opportunity as Sr. Director, Customer Analytics, you will: - Report directly to the Head of Customer Experience - Be responsible for building and growing the Customer Analytics team with a focus on providing customer intelligence and data-driven actionable insights - Take a leadership role on behalf of CX to work with enterprise data teams, business and functional stakeholders advocating for consistent customer data that enables the organization to deliver simplified and delightful experiences - Build out the skillsets of the team to develop and communicate stories from customer data to inform and drive actions that will positively increase NPS scores - Develop and implement best practices and new tools to automate data workflows, leverage analytical models, and techniques to improve customer insights. About You You are a fit for the role of Sr Director, Customer Analytics if you: - Have 8 to 16 years of data analytics experience, inclusive of people leadership experience - Have a Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, data science, data analytics - Are experienced in analyzing and driving insights from customer or market research - Are experienced with range of data visualization tools, for example Tableau and PowerBI - Have an ability to build and develop strong relationships internally - Have strong communication, business and technical writing skills
