Sr Director/Business Head - IT STAFFING - A USA based customer of mine who are into 'Software Development' and "IT Contract Staffing" are looking for several leaders (Sr. Director/Business Head) to operate out of their offshore center located at BANGALORE - INDIA. - The positions are for their IT CONTRACT STAFFING division - both INDIA and USA geographies respectively. Desired Candidate Profile : 1. Interested applicants should come with either a US IT STAFFING or INDIA STAFFING background, preferably from staffing agencies of repute - openings exist in both the geographies. 2. Should be an expert at 'Recruitment Governance' both/either for the USA, INDIA markets. 3. Ability to build robust recruitment teams. 4. Should have traveled to the US (For US IT Staffing aspirants only). 5. Should have acquired captive customers (For INDIA IT Staffing aspirants only). 6. Ability to add new logos to the Organization. 7. Experience managing the P&L. 8. A process driven person and a keen planner with expertise in managing all aspects of staff augmentation operations and tracking competitor activities. 9. Applicants with experience setting up staffing agencies from a scratch are desired. Key responsibilities of the role would include : 1. The Applicant would be responsible to anchor all the aspects of the IT contract staffing business (Either USA or INDIA) and manage P&L. 2. Forecasting preparation of annual budgets for the vertical. 3. Responsible for planning, mapping, and execution of strategy to achieve new customers, and increase the profit margin of company. 4. Develop new client accounts for IT contract staffing business (INDIA and/or USA market). 5. Facilitates development of appropriate team structures with clearly defined roles and responsibilities and manpower requirements. 6. Responsible for strategy development, situation analysis, decision making, staff development and customer focus.
