Looking for a P&L Business Leader to oversee, grow and expand the Data & Analytics Services business of a prominent multinational corporation. This senior leadership role will be responsible for leading and overseeing the analytics services business / team, with a commercial construct thought process, he/she would be responsible for devising the strategy for services business, growth & expansion of data & analytics operations, managing the P&L, overseeing the delivery and client engagements team. The role is responsible to build multiple stakeholder engagements and relationships at different levels to Initiate, control, and manage the implementation of D&A Practice. DESIRED EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND - The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 15+ years of experience in Data Management, Analytics, or Decision Science, including P&L Management responsibilities - Experience working in services/consulting space, building, and leading large analytics business and demonstrated success in delivering to clients across industries and domains preferably BFSI. - Deep expertise across analytics & decision Science, business Intelligence, data Engineering, capability & solution building. - Proven leadership experience in developing delivery strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans. Ability to handle multiple client engagement & solution process execution. - Proven track record of building and leading high growth teams; demonstrated experience in hiring, retaining, and scaling geographically dispersed, high-performing teams.
