Senior Director - Business Development - eCommerce - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are looking for Senior Director Business Development to manage PAN India BD team with one of the leading Ecommerce Company

Job Synopsis :

- Manage a PAN India Business Development team spread across 10 + branch location

- Handle team of Regional Heads, Program Managers, BDM's & Executives

- Drive NPS to influence retention and repeat purchase.

- Work closely with the product & Technology teams (both B2B and B2C) to identify and implement relevant product features and provide scalable solutions

- Work closely with marketing teams to identify customer demand patterns

Desired Candidate :

- Be an MBA from premier institute with 8-12 years of experience with FMCG, Telecom or e commerce organizations handling Sales & marketing.

- Experience of handling large team spread across multiple geographies.

- Solution-oriented, creative and passionate

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
