About the Role:

At Lendingkart we are scouting for individuals who will be building, planning and implementing the strategy for the Co-lending team of the organization. If you want to start small, impact large- this is the place for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Managing relationships with banks/NBFCs that are in a Co-lending partnership with Lendingkart.

- Responsible for business volumes with various partners and ensuring scale up of partnership.

- Aligning the lender on process flow, KYC and documentation and product integration in the Lendingkart system and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless disbursements.

- Liaising with lending partners ensures smooth flow of operations.

- Driving integration on various aspects of the strategic partnership across Credit, Operations, Risk Management, Technology and Product.

- Develop and maintain reporting & application systems and coordinate information exchange with partner lenders.

- Ensure all tasks, deliverables and documentation are created with the highest level of accuracy.

- Assist in developing business processes to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

- Managing operational disbursements related escalations & resolution of the same.

Desired Skill

- 12+ years of experience, preferably in NBFC Treasury, or Corporate banking primarily raising funds from Public sector banks.

- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external banking seniors.

- Strong analytical and written communication skills- ability to synthesize information and create clear and coherent presentations.

- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to understand the task and work independently to accomplish the goal.

- Forward looking thinker, who is proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions.

- Very strong presentation skills required.

- Expertise inthe Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
