JOB DESCRIPTION:-
A] He/ she must possess strong leadership capabilities, banking domain exposure, designing and implementing models and interpretation of modeling results.
B] He/ she must have exposure to global best practices in Analytics for Banks hence the prior experience of working in the Financial Services domain and implementing analytics for global corporations
C] Candidate will be engaged in multiple projects around Banking Analytics. It includes analysis in the areas of customer acquisition, portfolio management, customer attrition, segmentation, next best product and action, customer lifetime value, digital and mobile banking, Credit Risk Analytics, Fraud and AML Analytics. The role will require managing client relationships and managing end to end delivery of client engagements.
D] Drive new analytics engagements with clients and grow existing client engagements and ensure a quality of deliverables
E] Liaison with the client to understand the business problem, processes and implementation challenges
F] Manage end to end delivery including requirement gathering, solution design and business recommendation. Work closely with statisticians to develop solution framework - Identify statistical techniques, implementation mechanism, tracking campaigns and pilots
G] Conceptualize modeling framework, define data requirement, create predictive variables and co-ordinate model implementation with other business partners, and create experimental designs to understand drivers of business performance
H] Leverage expertise in advanced statistical techniques to validate the model outcomes generated by the statisticians and aligns it with the business needs and implementation plan
