Urgent opening for Sr. Digital Product Manager for leading Bank Corporate Office in Mumbai

Job Description

As the Senior Digital Product Manager, you will play a key commercial role in the organisation and be the subject matter expert on Digital Personal Finance products in the company. You will own the product performance, development and delivery of customer experience through the digital platform for Investment Products like mutual funds, fixed deposits, recurring deposits, life insurance and general insurance. You will be responsible for increasing sales through this platform.

Key Action Areas

- Developing and managing the digital platform for investment products

- Ensure continuous improvement of the platform to maximize sales performance

- Lead product development and design activities with Bank departments and outside vendors/consultants

- Track and report platform statistics on a regular basis

- Add new features based on continuous evaluation of customer behaviour

- Ensure regulatory compliance

- Build and execute a portfolio strategy to drive continuous traffic and usage of the platform

- Maintain an awareness of major industry trends and evaluate enhancement opportunities through continuous research

- Keep abreast of technological developments to ensure best in class UX & UI
