Job Description : (IR: 80% Security:20%)
- Managing Industrial Relations- having hands-on working exposure of handling/day to day interaction with Unions, Wage Agreement (LTA) etc.
- Legal & IR compliances and disciplinary activities
- Hands-on exposure of Domestic Enquiry/Disciplinary Actions
- Create a Vigilance & Intelligence network etc
- Liaison and Public Relation with Local Authorities
- Manpower Planning & Recruitment (Associates)
- Managing Employment Lifecycle ( Joining, Induction, Performance reviews, Annual increment, Career progression and Full & Final Settlement)
- Internal Communication, Grievance handling and Attrition Control
- Engagement, Welfare, and Recreational activities
- Training & Suggestion Scheme
- Develop & Implement Strategies for Security & Vigilance
- Ensure Security of Material & Property
- Supervision of Incoming & Outgoing Materials
- Gate Control for man & Material movement
- Ensure readiness to Emergencies such as Fire, Gas Leakage, etc
- Vigilance & Intelligence
- Liaising with Local Administration/Police/SHO
- Examine all security-related pieces of equipment and keep them in ready condition for use
- Ensure compliance of security SOPs
- Theft Control
- Developing & Implementing new security processes
- Supervision of external agency work whenever required
- Exposure for Transportation Management
- Exposure for CSR activities
- Must relocate to Bhiwadi along with family
