- Acquiring domain expertise in Lending domain
- Acting as point of contact for Implementation / Project Manager, Customer, Partner and provide subject matter expertise, understand customer requirement to provide assistance in defining and articulating services or enhancements.
- Leading implementation requirement analysis & functional testing based on customer requirement
- Responsible for the reviewing and gathering approvals for testing of all business requirements.
- Participating short term planning sessions with a client or other stakeholders to improve a business process within an assigned client area of responsibility.
- Reviewing client communications including release bulletins, user/technical manuals and training materials
- Resolving complex requirement conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Creating and maintaining visual models, POCs, activity diagrams, VMs, data flows and sequence diagrams where necessary.
- Effectively presents options and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Liaison with development or implementation teams and contributes to team effort to achieve a shared vision.
The incumbent must be B.E/B. Tech.and/or MBA from a reputed institute, with 13-20 years of relevant industry experience
- Possess ability to resolve complex requirement related conflicts through effective communication and negotiation skills
