Senior Delivery Manager - IT

Delivery Management

- Overall responsible for delivery of program

- Responsible for contracting, managing & tracking and closure of contracts with third party vendors.

- Develop detailed dependency plan for various streams within program(s)

- Track and manage program budget

- Conduct program meetings and be responsible for project tracking and an effective issue resolution process

- Work with multi-site project teams across time zones

- Ensure program deliverables meet/exceed the program sponsor's specified expectations

 Program / Project Management oversight - Provide oversight to overall planning, scoping, tracking and governance to project manager(s).

- Stakeholder Management - Engage and manage program stakeholders and communicate program status including senior stakeholders (CXO level) & Third party vendors

Eligibilit

Minimum Qualification

- BE, B. Tech. or MBA (IT/Systems) from a reputed institute

- Experience working in a multi-site, multi-time zone environment

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills to work effectively in a changing environment balancing operations and project delivery.

- Experience of program delivery of the order of USD 2mn

Industry Experience

- 14+ years of progressive information technology experience in application development, support and systems integration experience.

- Knowledge of the financial and insurance industries in particular Pensions would be an asset.

- Good knowledge of digital technologies in web and mobile like Hybrid app development, J2EE (Java, Struts, EJB, Web Services) with a good understanding of a wider technological landscape
