Senior Delivery Manager - BFS

Title: Sr. Delivery manager

Work Location: Gurgaon

Experience - 13 to 16 Years

Minimum Qualification

- A University degree in Computer Science or Management

- Experience working in a multi-site, multi-time zone environment

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills to work effectively in a changing environment balancing operations and project delivery

- Demonstrated problem solving skills with ability to analyze situations/problems systematically and deliver effective right-sized solutions in a timely manner

- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle methodologies and Industry best practices and frameworks(like CMMI)

- Experience leading developers in project delivery and/or operations delivery

Industry Experience

- 10+ years of progressive information technology experience in application development, support and systems integration experience.

- 3+ years of team management in multi-national environment

Preferred skills

- PMP certification

- Knowledge of the financial and insurance industries

- Good knowledge of technologies like Microsoft platform (.Net, VB, ASP, SQL) and Mainframe with a good understanding of a wider technological landscape
