Senior Delivery Leader - Network Services

Our client is a top tier global IT and engineering services powerhouse, actively seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Leader to oversee Network Services Operations. This is newly created opportunity to help take the organization to the next level of support services. Working with senior global functional leads across geographies and working on IT BPM (Business Process Management), Transformations, and Innovation's capabilities.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Should have a deep understanding of financial management, including experience managing substantial Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities, typically exceeding $100 million.

- Effective leadership skills, including the ability to lead large teams.

- Should have experience managing teams with a span of 3000+ members, showcasing their capabilities as people leaders.

- Should have a history of handling client-facing roles.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline is typically required. A master's degree (e.g., MBA) may be preferred but is not always mandatory.

- A minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in Network Services Operations is essential. Candidates should have a strong background in managing and leading network services teams.

- Proven experience in managing global operations across multiple geographies.

- Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
