Job Description

- Strong overall experience in Asset management domain

- Experience managing a large multi-technology, multi-functional team

- Responsible End to end platform strategy, roadmaps, delivery and management

- Experience in defining and managing multi-year technology and product road maps

- Expertise in managing large development projects in the brokerage space

- Expertise in managing large multi-product support teams

- Strong knowledge of quality, documentation and offshore development process

- Manage Delivery Teams with successful, quality deliverables

- Work with the engineering partners for getting insights

Desired skills

Should have minimum of 16+ years of total IT Experience.

Excellent Project/program management skills is required

Good understanding in Asset Management domain is highly preferred

Ability to work independently and think strategically

Ability to multi-task / self-sufficient

Ability to establish direction and drive progress

Excellent interpersonal skills to foster working relationships with all stakeholders
