Senior Debt Specialist - Investment Advisory - Fixed Income - Financial Institution

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Senior Debt Specialist - Investment Advisory (Fixed Income) who has handled HNI & UNHI clients in Bonds or Corporate Treasury.

Roles & Responsibilities

(i) Macroeconomic

1. Forming views on the macroeconomy, debt market.

2. Newsletters, client notes, internal notes.

3. Macroeconomic event updates.

4. Client calls/events.

(ii) Debt papers (Credit)

1. Maintaining a list of approved securities for client purchases.

2. Maintaining a list of approved corporate FDs for client purchases.

3. Giving views on specific papers which may not be on the approved list.

4. Giving a sell recommendation for some securities which may be there in clients- portfolios.

(iii) Debt Trading - Third Party

1. Liaising with third party bond dealers for client requirements.

2. Negotiating margins.

3. Completing the transaction for bond buy/sell.

(iv) Arranging primary issuances

1. MLD's

2. NCD's

3. Debt PMS/NDPMS (future)

(v) Training and other supports

1. Take training for various Teams.

1. Support Debt MF team where required.

Eligibility

- Hands on experience in Bonds or Corporate Treasury.

- Must have managed HNI & UHNI clients.
