For Lead Data Scientist: Over 7+ years of Applied Machine learning experience in the field of computer vision with experience in image segmentation, object detection, re-identification, semantic and instance segmentation, key point detection and object tracking algorithms

- Post graduate/graduate in Math, Computer Science, Statistics or related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or Masters in Math, Computer Science, Statistics or related field

- Applied experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning on Large Datasets

- Strong hands on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch

- Familiarity with image and computer vision-related libraries such as Tesseract, OpenCV, PIL, Dlib

- Hands on experience in model building, validation, and productionizing

- Expert Python Programmer, strong hold on SQL, extremely proficient with the SciPy stack (e.g. numpy, pandas, sci-kit learn, matplotlib)

- Proficient in Cloud Technologies and Service (Azure Databricks, ADF, Databricks MLflow)

- A demonstrated ability to mentor junior data scientists and proven experience in collaborative work environments with external customers

- Proficient in communicating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders

- Have 4+ years leading and / or collaborating with small to midsized teams

- Experienced in ML lifecycle mgmt. and ML Ops tools & frameworks
