Your Role: - Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive innovative business solutions. - Use data and AI/ML to enhance business growth, profitability, and customer experience - Integrate data science solutions into business processes, facilitate adoption, monitor performance, and manage risk. - Lead and mentor a team of junior data scientists to deliver high-performance AI/ML products/solutions An Ideal Candidate: - Experienced in using AI/ML techniques to solve complex business problems preferably in domains such as commerce, logistics, fintech - Strong programming and problem-solving skills using R, Python, SQL, etc. with strong knowledge of various ML libraries - Knowledge of end-to-end data science development life cycle and MLOps (hypothesis identification/testing, feature engineering, model development, A/B testing, model deployment, and model monitoring). - Ability to present data science solutions and articulate value to senior management and business stakeholders - Bachelors/Masters in Statistics/Data Science or related fields preferred
