You will be responsible for end-to-end model development, from ideation through to monitoring and evaluation. Your responsibilities will include; - Design, implementation of Credit Line, Underwriting strategies - Doing periodic upgrades of strategies based on business requirements - Perform analysis, make decisions to monitor strategy effectiveness, making adjustments and implementing effective recommendations to achieve adherence to strategy - Optimize strategy of credit line management, - Adjust and optimize existing rules of customer acquisition &amp; retention strategy - Design, build, implement and manage predictive models to enable new risk-management techniques and helping the risk function make better risk decisions - Evaluating 3rd party solutions for predicting/controlling risk of the portfolio - Coming up with data-driven solutions to control risk - Provide analytics support to other functional groups - Review, refine and implement relevant policies and algorithms to facilitate efficient risk management decisions - Deliver profitable growth of existing portfolio and new products in lending, payment, and other related financial products - Plan and execute a coaching &amp; career development plan for his/her team. - Timely delivery and execution of people processes This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a truly dynamic organization.
