About the Job:

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work closely with stakeholders (product, digital, sales) to identify opportunities and execute analytical projects to transform clients into data-driven organizations. You will be responsible for building statistical models, predictive analytics and using AI to deliver business value to the clients. Your role will be pivotal in driving the growth of Company business.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business problems that can be solved through data and analytics

- Develop and implement statistical models, predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms that drive business insights

- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders to improve customer experience, drive revenue and inform business strategy

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align on project deliverables

- Use your learnings to develop and mentor junior team members

- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in data analytics

- Experience in consumer banking is mandatory

- Strong proficiency in SAS, SQL and other programming languages

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in predictive modelling, statistical analysis and machine learning

- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlik

- Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering business value
