Senior Data Engineer - SQL & Python

Job description :

We are looking for a Sr. Data Engineer SQL+Python to join our team on immediate basis (Next 30 days, max) with below mentioned responsibilities :

This person would be catering to a large MNC client on Zorba's behalf!!

Note - You must be available to join within next 2-4 weeks

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using Python & SQL.

- Work with Data Scientists/BI teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data processing needs.

- Build analytical tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into key business performance metrics.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proficient in Python (min 4 Yrs) , and SQL.

- Good understanding of Relational databases, Big data environments

- Proficient in building end-to-end data pipelines.

- Experience Handling end to end development of projects without any additional support

- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to handle customers.

Good to Have :

- Any experience with SAS/R

- Experience using Rest/Soap apis for data movement.

- Any experience with Spark/Scala
