We help build data-driven organisations - where decisions are taken pragmatically, and based on quantitative evidence. We have a product that makes this easier: to analyse and visualize large data. We are looking for people who can understand its capabilities, and help build a customer base that uses it effectively.

The Role:

- We are looking for an Onsite Lead Consultant who has strong business consulting acumen to carry out independent discussions with senior client stakeholders in corporates, along with an ability to lead and manage global delivery teams, based out of our US office.

- You will manage engagements building analytics and visualizations that help clients make right decisions faster.

- You will anchor the client engagement based out of our US office and lead a global offshore team by overseeing the complete lifecycle from business problem understanding, data analysis, visualization design and development, through client implementation and training.

- Acting as the single point of contact for the client you will ensure that we offer the right consultative data science solutions to clients. 

- You will advise clients on how to best leverage our data science platform and make the needed customizations to solve their unique business problems.

- You will also participate in the pre- sales and account mining activities to grow the account and deepen customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS : 

- Your job will require an outstanding ability to consult and provide solutions to clients. It will also call for a good command over data analytics, a thorough hands-on approach to business analysis, problem solving, and a solid grounding in project delivery and project management to drive and achieve desired outcomes.

- You must have demonstrated experience working directly with clients and leading engagements, with a global delivery team. It will be an additional advantage if you have prior work experience in delivering data visualization or machine learning engagements.

- If you have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a good understanding of how businesses work, you may be the person for us.
