Senior Data Analytics Role - BPO

You will be responsible to establish a deep understanding of customer behavior on the platform throughout the lifecycle of the customer from onboarding to upsell.

You will create a strategy to pull together the data from various sources to help us clearly see how the product is delivering value for our customers, measure the success of key features and initiatives, and organize key product success metrics for the use of marketing and for informing executive teams over strategic product investment decisions.

You will throw light on what's working well for our customers and come up with recommendations for what needs to be improved.

Responsibilities :

1. Establish a data management platform that pulls together data product platform and business operations.

2. Generate key metrics of value creation flows in the platform across all products.

3. Monitor factors influencing customer happiness and alerting models for customer churn.

4. Generate data insights that inform decisions on product and pricing strategies.

5. Design metrics dashboards that capture the return on investment for our enterprise clients.
