Gwynnie Bee is looking for a mid-level (4-7 years of experience) data analyst who will be responsible for investigating and leading change in a wide-range of areas:

- improving our product offerings based on customer feedback

- identifying processes and metrics to increase productivity of and reduce costs in warehouse operations (picking, packing and shipping as well as return processing)

- laying out approaches to improve subscription inventory management, including purchasing, vendor management, and the alignment of supply and demand

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter with 4-7 years of experience analyzing data for the purposes of gleaning actionable insights that yield measurable results.

- 1-3 years SQL programming experience is essential

- Strong business judgment and deep analytical skills are required

- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential

- Familiarity with Python and/or R is desirable

- Advanced degree in statistics, operations research, computer science, or mathematics is preferred
