Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead analytics of a vertical

- Work with various stake holders and understand their business requirement to provide data driven recommendations

- Developing predictive models with large and varied data sets, working with a community of colleagues across verticals.

- Able to work independently and take complete ownership from problem identification, requirement gathering to delivery and socialization of analysis

- Help teams understand and attain their business goals by leveraging Data Assets

- Co-creating components of analytics products/ platform that provide actionable business insight to the company

- At least 3 years hands on experience in Sql and Python

- Experience in using big data technologies will be good to have

- Help in recruitment, creating a Learning & Development plan for team members and uplift the overall analytics quotient of the company.

Desired Profile:

- Proven capabilities in delivering independent projects

- Should be hands on with Data

- Not everyone understands the language of data and statistics, ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, to communicate the results in a simpler and understandable format
