Senior Customer Success Manager Must be from E-learning Domain Position Overview : Sr. Customer success manager will be responsible for customer engagement &amp; success Key Job Functions : 1. Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals on an account by following the customer engagement framework 2. Manage the relationship with the client account(s) they are assigned to 3. Drive user adoption and the engagement 4. Cross and upsell product features to customers to increase the usage 5. In-depth knowledge about customer success processes and learning initiatives 6. Proactively maintain a high level of knowledge about the product and customer industries through self-study, research, and analysis. 7. Identify customer learning needs &amp; provide a solution using the product 8. Good background on Data to Insights framework Key Skills/Abilities : 1. Good interpersonal skills to maintain client &amp; partner relationships. 2. Ability to work with partners directly when needed and a strong sensitivity to the partner's point of view on issues. 3. Strong learning solutions background 4. Results orientated, motivated by success 5. Good understanding of data to analytics lifecycle 6. Ability to multi-task. 7. Ability to work in an aggressive and fast-moving environment where key objectives need to be met on pre-agreed timescales.
