Responsibilities:
- To lead the styling and supply teams for company.
- To work closely with the senior management to create a long term strategy on creating a seamless and efficient customer journey from a styling and supply perspective
- To train and build the styling team
- To create and update a manual on how to grow the styling team with the right type of stylists
- Build and evolve smart relationships between consumer and product using intelligent technology
- Study stylist curation, customer reactions, product performance
- Build strategies to bring down exchange rates and ensure customer delight
- Detailed Data analysis of the user
- Build and conduct corporate styling sessions and manuals
- Style and build creative guidelines for shoots including product shoots
- Ideate on creative ways for SC to be a thought leader in the industry
- Build strong communication channels at all levels of the team, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and work towards a growth plan
- Remain up to date with industry knowledge, threats and competitors
- Identify and recommend opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction
- Assign monthly, weekly and daily tasks to the styling team and work closely to ensure the strategy is working effectively
- Create customer delight initiatives, events, workshops, communication and up selling with the end goal of building loyalty
- Identifying and improving the efficiency of the styling team
- Own and contribute to bringing down the workload given to the teams in terms of calls, emails, feedback, initiatives, other adhoc requirements
- Work with all teams to ensure smooth running and operations (Supply team, customer care team, tech team, operations team and marketing team).
