Title- Sr CRM Specialist

Location- Okhla, Delhi

Experience-5-8 yrs as Salesforce Developer (industry any)

Salary- 9 -12 LPA

Note- Immediate joiner preferred or join within 30 days

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering

- Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Language Proficiency:

- English (fluent)

- Arabic (advantageous)

Technical Competencies :

Technical Skills :

- Salesforce - Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud features, Customer Community Portal and CPQ

- Good understanding of API integration methodology (Rest and SOAP API knowledge is a must) on Salesforce

- In depth knowledge of Salesforce Lighting & Lightning Component Framework

- Should be good in database technologies

- Salesforce.com Platform Developer Certification is a must

- MS Office Suite 2017 - Intermediate level

- Well Versed in other CRM Solutions and model
