Hiring for Financial Organisation Sr Credit Syndication Specialist Location: Mumbai Reporting To: Head Credit Syndication CTC: 25 lacs Individual contributor role (a) Fee generation through syndication of transactions (b) Sell-down of identified exposures from the organisations balance sheet as an underwriting / de-risking strategy Responsibilities - - Deepening relationship with existing investors as well as seeking new investors & investor segments - Involved in the preparation & vetting of requisite material for placement of deals - Lead the syndication effort with the prospective lenders/investors & work closely with them for placement of the deals - Strong awareness of market trends, pricing information and underwriting appetite so as to be able to take forward-looking calls independently - Delivering within expected tight timelines, with ability to provide quick and preliminary feedback on deals
