Senior Credit Analyst - Project Finance

As a Senior Credit Analyst in Project Finance, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and analyzing credit risks associated with project finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Credit Analysis:

- Evaluate project finance proposals and conduct in-depth credit analysis to assess the financial viability, risks, and mitigants associated with each transaction.

- Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and other relevant financial data to determine the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.

Due Diligence:

- Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating with internal teams and external experts to gather information on project economics, legal considerations, environmental and social impacts, and other relevant factors.

- Identify potential risks and propose risk mitigation strategies to ensure a well-informed credit decision-making process.

Documentation:

- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and documentation that adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Ensure all credit documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Industry and Market Research:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory developments related to project finance.

- Incorporate relevant market intelligence into credit analysis to enhance decision-making accuracy.
