Senior Credit Analyst - CA Firm

Job Description:

We are having an opportunity in a CA Firm

1. He should be qualified chartered accountant or MBA.

2. He should have experience into debt syndication /project finance / Fund Raising

3. Interaction with the Clients, understanding their requirements, collating required data for preparation and submission of the proposal to Banks.

4. In-depth credit assessment involving Financial, Credit, Legal, Technical, Economic and risk analysis

5. Structuring the proposal, preparing Information Memorandum, Teasers, Financial model, cash flow and CMA projections

6. Ability to lead meetings and negotiations

7.Solution-oriented attitude and resolving queries of all Banks and Clients

8. Visiting clients office for understanding and collecting data

9. Various other responnsibilities which would be given from time to time

10. The candidate should be from Mumbai location and mainly from western suburbs.

11. Job location will be Andheri.

Education Qualification:- CA Qualified / MBA Finance

Experience & Skills:-

Ability to lead meeting and negotiations.

Communication skills should be good

Experience into debt syndication is required

Ability to prepare the data and submit the proposal to banks
