Senior Coverage Banker - Private Equity - Investment Banking Firm

We are looking for the role of Sr Coverage Banker - Private Equity with the leading Investment Banking firm for their IB Team of PE which is based out of Mumbai.

Job Description -

1. We are looking for 10-17 years of experience in Corporate Finance Advisory/Investment Banking in Private Equity specialize in any sector.

2. Should have experience in end to end deal closure, from deal origination/Sourcing to deal execution.

3. Should also been involved in Fundraising, Structured Finance and IPO Origination.

4. Business Developments & actively sourcing Investment Banking Deals.

5. Knowledge Management in focus sectors and keeping updated with latest industry developments.
