Job Role : Senior Consultant Location : Bangalore / Delhi / Mumbai Working Days : Weekdays CTC Range : 15 to 22 LPA Experience Required : 4-7 Years Job Description - Sr. Consultant Purpose of the Role : - Be a part of the Global Management Consulting Practice of the Firm and contribute to the growth of the Firm through working on billable client assignments, internal IP development and go-to-market activities Functional Responsibilities : - Responsible for project delivery of billable client assignments related to sourcing transformation initiatives of large MNCs Governments and International agencies - Responsible for project delivery of technology/digital transformation, sourcing and globalization advisory projects, involving but not limited to, strategy creation, business case analysis, target operating model design, initial assessments &amp; project plan development, financial modelling, process review and continuous improvement - Responsible to assist and/or lead project delivery in RFP creation, vendor research and selection, contract negotiations and transition management - Responsible for internal IP development through building of new capability areas, developing marketing material, and delivery artefacts - Responsible to identify and pursue sales opportunities, including, new lead generation, proposal response creation and follow-up to closure - Manage delivery quality by enforcing customer service standards - Responsible to be up to date on latest technology trends, including, Cloud, Analytics, IOT, RPA, etc. Leadership: - Responsible for developing and enhancing consulting delivery processes and artefacts - Collaborate with peers and team to uphold Corporate Values of the Firm - Provide coaching, counseling, and mentoring to junior Consultants Competencies : - Ability to handle high amount of consulting delivery complexity and drive autonomous decision making, as it relates to specific client deliverables - Ability to drive continuous improvement objectives for the Management Consulting focus areas - Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to all levels of management, including senior leaders Work Experience : - 4-7 years post-MBA experience in Technology Transformation Advisory or Digital Advisory or Sourcing Advisory or Management/Strategy Consulting or IT Service Provider Experience - Understanding of full outsourcing lifecycle is desirable - Relevant experience of working with large consulting firms or specialty practices of such firms related to the technology outsourcing industry Certifications : - Desirable to have industry standard certifications in Cloud, Data/Analytics, RPA, Project Management, ITIL, etc Desired Education : - Full time MBA from a Reputed University About Client : Our Client is a leading management consulting firm focused on translating the power of technology into realizable business strategies.
