- Act as a lead facilitator, coach and content developer for business writing skills

- Develop, draft, and edit a variety of types of training content and framework to adapt to the multiple delivery channels (for example classroom, virtual, self-study, etc) and the business needs of each individual team

- Proof read and edit a variety of types of content for clients and its alignment to the branding rules of the firm

- Synthesize information, place it into appropriate context, and draft compelling, credible narrative that addresses the information needs of a variety of audiences

- Budgeting Planning, monitoring and control should be aware of the L&D financial components and create reports for senior leadership

- Work cooperatively and maintain consistent and frequent communication with key stakeholders and vendors

- Collate the list of all external service providers. Search and connect the best vendors to the business on regular basis and build relationships with the institutions who can help build capabilities for the practice

- Facilitator pool management identification, communication, co-ordination, R&R and building capabilities for all technical trainers.

- Measure the impact of all learning initiatives and suggest corrective measures for future roll outs (Aware of assessment levels reaction, behaviour, knowledge and business impact)

- Create periodic MIS and reports
