We are HIRING Senior Consultant: Strategy & Transformation for one of our clients which is a global outsourcing provider for the best-in-class back office services and technology solutions. They provide business processing and digital solutions to small-medium businesses in the Healthcare, Mortgage and Legal domains and they have launched a range of digital services including robotic process automation and business intelligence to capture future opportunities as the industry evolves. They are looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant to support strategic delivery in a new era of growth. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and Head of Strategy in developing strategic road maps for business units/ support functions, aligned to the overall corporate strategy priorities which have already been articulated. Responsibilities: - Lead the development of strategies for business units (e.g. IT staffing) and support functions (e.g. HR, Digital) through hypothesis-based analysis - Develop solutions and action plans through strategic analysis, option development and evaluation of existing business practice - Develop analytic and financial models to support your recommendations to ensure data driven decision-making - Distil data, insights and information into clear and compelling presentations that can be circulated for broad alignment - Support the development of management dashboards and KPIs to identify baseline and track toward target performance - Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and assist in the implementation of strategy - Be prepared for a startup-like environment where initiative is expected for individuals to take on responsibilities beyond what is normally expected of their job titles. - Strong analytical skills and pragmatic problem-solving, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Requirements: - Experience in a BPO, IT staffing, or funded startup environment is advantageous though not necessary. - Ideally you will have 4+ years of experience working in Big 4/ top-tier boutique consulting firms which has armed you with a "consulting toolkit" - Has previously worked with senior leaders to create company vision, corporate strategy, business-unit strategy, organizational transformation projects, go-to-market strategies, etc. - Has experience with cost optimization, annual planning processes, goal setting, target operating models, mergers and acquisitions, etc. - High-level of proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, and data visualization with strong skills in project and stakeholder management - Exceptional analytical skills, including proven skills in financial modelling and strategic evaluation - Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong influencer who can work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation along with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Relentless focus on details, accuracy, and quality and intellectually curious, high energy and resilient - Available and responsive to the communication needs of remote working - Flexible and able to balance multiple projects/ priorities and demanding timeline
