Senior Consultant - SAP MRS - Multi Resource Scheduling (9-20 yrs)

Role: Senior SAP MRS (Multi Resource Scheduling) Consultant


We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MRS Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of real-time/hands-on experience and proven implementation expertise. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter and possess a strong technical background in SAP MRS configuration and processes, including resource management, workforce management, project management, service order management, capacity planning, Dispatching and Scheduling, and Mobile Workforce Enablement.


1. Utilize your deep understanding of SAP MRS to configure and customize the system according to business requirements. Implement best practices.

2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into effective SAP MRS solutions.

3. Optimize resource allocation, ensuring efficient utilization of workforce and equipment, and address resource constraints effectively.

4. Demonstrate expertise in integrating SAP MRS with other SAP modules and non-SAP tools, ensuring seamless data flow and end-to-end process integration.

5. Implement capacity planning strategies, analyze demand forecasts, and make data-driven recommendations to ensure optimal resource availability.

6. Enable and enhance the mobile capabilities of the workforce, enabling real-time data collection and improving field service efficiency.

7. Independently lead and execute SAP MRS implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within tight timelines.

8. Integrate SAP MRS with other SAP components and non-SAP tools, enabling seamless data exchange and functionality across systems.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead and contribute to MRS-related projects. Apply agile methodologies and project management skills to deliver high-quality solutions within tight timelines.

10. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks, balancing project responsibilities and team collaboration.

11. Display a self-motivated attitude and a strong desire to achieve excellence in all aspects of the role.

12. Foster a collaborative and cooperative work environment, serving as a team player to achieve shared objectives.

13. Leverage project management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects within budgetary constraints.

14. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and SAP MRS advancements to continuously enhance expertise and solution offerings.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

2. Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP MRS, including successful implementation, rollout and maintenance projects.

3. Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management practices.

4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data analysis, reporting and presentation.

5. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver high-quality results.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

7. Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, accommodating project demands and deadlines as needed.

8. Relevant SAP certification is highly desirable.
