Job Description: Senior SAP CPM & SAP PS Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP CPM & SAP PS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of real-time and hands-on experience in SAP CPM & SAP PS, with a strong background in implementation projects. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the configuration and optimization of SAP CPM and SAP PS modules to meet project management and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge in SAP CPM & SAP PS modules with ability to configure, customize, and implement solutions to meet business requirements effectively.

2. Lead and actively participate in SAP CPM & SAP PS implementation projects from start to finish. Provide expert guidance during all project phases, including design, testing, data migration, training, and go-live support.

3. Act as a subject matter expert and actively participate in project planning, scoping, and execution. Apply project management skills to ensure project deliverables are achieved within defined timelines and budget constraints.

4. Design and implement effective project planning and cost management strategies to ensure successful project execution and cost control.

5. Define revenue recognition methods and billing processes to accurately capture project revenues and streamline billing operations.

6. Provide insights into project profitability and identify risks to implement proactive risk management measures.

7. Manage customer contracts in SAP CPM, ensuring compliance and transparency in contractual agreements.

8. Design and optimize project structures, networks, and activities for efficient project execution.

9. Efficiently allocate and manage project resources to optimize productivity and achieve project objectives.

10. Oversee time and cost management processes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of project expenses and progress.

11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP CPM and SAP PS with other SAP modules and non-SAP tools to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.

12. Independently analyze complex business challenges and provide innovative and practical solutions using SAP CPM & SAP PS capabilities.

13. Utilize agile methodologies to manage project lifecycles, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to evolving project needs and changing business requirements.

14. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities appropriately, and ensure efficient time management to meet deadlines and project milestones.

15. Stay updated with the latest SAP CPM & SAP PS trends, technologies, and best practices. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and business productivity.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

2. 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CPM and SAP PS, including multiple implementations, rollout and support projects.

3. Relevant SAP certification is highly desirable.

4. Proficiency in project management skills and agile methodologies.

5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

6. Self-motivated with excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Flexible with working hours to accommodate project requirements.
