JOB DESCRIPTION-SENIOR - SAP BI/BW  Job Summary  As Risk Advisory Senior, you'll contribute technically to Risk transformation client engagements and internal projects. You'll also identify potential business opportunities for the organisation within existing engagements, and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you'll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.  Client responsibilities  - Ability to work as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute in various phases of projects in the implementation, managed services and application risk & control space.  - Ability to work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress  - Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties  - Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.  - Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.  - Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects  - Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators  - Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed  - Demonstrate flexibility to travel to the customer locations on need basis  People responsibilities  - Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff  - Foster teamwork, quality culture and lead by example.  - Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures  - Training and mentoring of project resources  - Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives  Mandatory skills requirements  - 5 to 9 years of implementation and advisory experience on SAP products including BW/BI.  - Responsible for the SAP BW development lifecycle from design through implementation and production support.  - Experience in building & architecting solutions in SAP BI/BW/BO.  - Proficient in SAP BI/BW Back-end development and configuration, testing and pre-production support. Proficient in design, developing & support of custom BW objects.  - Proficient with SAP BW on HANA system architecture design and performance optimization. Should have experience in Enterprise HANA/BW on HANA with good HANA Data Modelling Concepts.  - Working knowledge of ETL, Bex reporting, SQL Knowledge on User Exits  - Working knowledge of Crystal Reports customization and integration with SAP GRC  - Working knowledge of building SAP Lumira dashboards and reports  - Experience in creating transformations, routines, formulas, DTPs and developing & maintaining data loads and functions.  - Should possess knowledge and experience on developing & deploying the SAP Business Objects reporting for SAP GRC solutions  - Responsible for performance tuning of BW systems utilizing best practices.  - Should be good in BW extraction and data modelling concepts  - Experience in creating & supporting Bex queries in SAP BW Data Warehouse based on reporting requirements.  - Responsible for supporting Business Objects reports in production and new report development.  - Responsible for root cause analysis and providing solutions for production and development issues  - Basic knowledge of Governance Risk and Compliance products for SAP  - Basic knowledge of the SAP Security concepts, landscape, transports system and version compatibilities.  Preferred skills  - Demonstrated track record with a blue chip consulting organization and/or a blue chip organization  - Demonstrated experience in delivery management and client management   - Strong academic record including a degree  - Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, MBA, MCA, MS  - B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MBA/M.Sc. with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience with other Big3 or panelled ITeS companies.  Certifications (desirable)  - Relevant professional certifications such as SAP module certifications, CISA, PMP
