Location: Bangalore, HYBRID

Experience: 5 to 6 years

Job Description:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Cloud HCM Integration space, having worked on two or more implementations and at least one support project.

Experience Required:

- Extensive experience in conception and implementation of custom ABAP development projects

- Expertise on integration topics in the area of SAP ABAP, SAP HCM PA/OM, REST/SOAP

- Conception and implementation of custom integration scenarios between Oracle Cloud HCM and SAP

- HCM on premises with Bosch Integration template. Implementation of custom integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and other systems with Oracle OIC desirable.


- Advanced development skills in SAP ABAP to cover implementation necessary adjustments in custom developments.

- General understanding and advanced knowledge regarding SAP HCM infotype logic and processes especially SAP PA&OM

- Experience/Knowledge in modules Oracle Cloud Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent

- Prepare process flows, data flow diagrams, requirement documents, design document, user training and onboarding documents to support upcoming projects and enhancements.

- Has good understanding of the Oracle/SAP HCM products to aid in workshops and architect solutions.

- Knowledge of inter-module dependencies in Oracle HCM products.

- Aware of all the stages of implementation methodology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Customer interaction in defining and finalizing the HR processes for the project.

- Guide the Customer through facilitated Design sessions and Configuration decisions based on good- practice / best-practice and an understanding of the Customer's unique business requirements at all stages of the project

- Must be able to translate Customer business rules to technical business requirements.

- Consultants must be able to work independently and with others in preparing Configuration workbooks,

- Fit-Gap Analysis documents, Technical specifications, Impact Analysis Documents.

- Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
