Role Description :
- Title : Senior Consultant (Rollover Sales)
- Location : Whitefield, Bangalore
- Work Experience : 2.5 to 6.5 years
- Responsible for capitalizing on the demand for the company's product and transitioning from startup to scale-up.
- Ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Presenting to C-suite executives and strategic planners.
- Operating out of the Bangalore office full-time.
Responsibilities :
- Managing and forecasting a sales pipeline independently.
- Presenting the product to CXOs and senior executives.
- Collaborating with marketing and pre-sales to enhance the quality of the sales pipeline.
- Navigating complex sales cycles with prestigious companies in India.
- Maintaining high responsiveness with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Proactively sourcing new leads and business opportunities.
- Researching accounts to understand needs and generate interest.
- Becoming an expert in insurance, CRM systems, and the product suite.
Requirements :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 2.5 years of core sales experience, preferably in BFSI/SaaS startups or consulting.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets, especially in high-growth startup environments.
- Ability to work with targets and timelines.
- Coachability and strong listening skills.
