About Company: Our client is a leading Insurtech Startup that caters through their employee insurance and health benefits platform, operating as a B2B player in this domain-focused on making health insurance simple, accessible & inclusive for modern organizations. Backed by leading global investors including Tiger Global and Sequoia Capital. This role needs you to operate out of their office at Whitefield, Bangalore, 5 days/week. They are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales lead to capitalize on the huge demand for their product and catapulting them from startup to scaleup stage. Someone who can take ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation through to closing the deal. Articulate presenter capable of presenting to C suite executives and strategic planners who would be ready to take on challenges.

About the Role:

Having found exceptional product/market fit, we're in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to 'scale-up', and are looking for a rockstar Sales Lead to capitalize on the huge demand for our product.

We are looking for passionate entrepreneurs, builders, and straight-up hustlers to help us build something special. We're looking for outstanding tech salespeople who have consistently hit target and thrive in taking full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing. You'll be an articulate presenter and a strategic planner but above all, dynamic and goal-oriented.

We don't pretend that it'll be easy - Joining a company and embarking on the scale-up phase is an amazing challenge, pushing well beyond the boundaries of natural growth cycles. You'll move quicker than feels comfortable, and be brilliant at continually re-prioritizing what must be done to keep the company growing month over month at the pace of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in history.

Your mission is clear: convert qualified leads into valued clients, maximizing revenue potential. Under the guidance of industry & sales experts, you'll acquire all the skills needed to excel in the competitive world of insurtech sales.

Roles and Responsibility :

- Manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own

- Present company to CXOs & senior executives in client meetings

- Communicate constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve the quality of the sale pipeline

- Navigate through complex sales cycles with some of the most prestigious companies in India

- Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process

- Proactively source new leads and new business opportunities, with the support of the sales development and marketing functions

- Research accounts to understand the need, enable effective follow-up, and generate interest

- Become an expert in insurance, CRM systems, and our product suite


- Has stellar written & verbal communication skills

- Minimum 2.5 years of core sales experience; preferably at a fast-growing BFSI/SaaS startup/consulting

- A track record for exceeding targets in sales, ideally in a high growth start-up environment

- The ability to work with targets and timelines

- A high degree of coachability and great listening skills
