Senior Consultant - Retail/CPG

Our client, a multi - billion IT services company, is looking for Senior Consultants. The role is based out of Bangalore, India HQ location and the person will be responsible for CxO level interfacing and practice development with some of their largest Consumer Goods clients and prospects.

- Working with onsite sales and onsite/offshore delivery teams to further relationship with the client

- Responsible for interfacing with key decision makers within client to drive top-and-bottom line growth, as well as thought leadership

- Help position the firm as an overall strategic partner, especially in non-IT areas of sales, marketing and shopper insights

- Minimum of 15 years of combined Consumer Goods experience in the industry and as a consultant to the industry

- Deep domain expertise in at least one of the following areas - sales, marketing, shopper insights; and a reasonable understanding of at least one of the other areas

- Functional expertise in at least two of the following areas - trade, category management, market mix, pricing optimization, consumer/shopper insights

- Experience in a Tier 1 or CG/Retail-specific boutique consulting firm as a Principal, Associate Partner, Partner or similar level

- Candidate must have consulting delivery experience and ideally Practice Growth experience.

- Ability to deliver high-level consulting projects at CxO level

- A good amount of retail exposure will be appreciated

- Delivery and sales experience in a consulting and/or Global IT Services organization
