The Opportunity: We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Consultant/Project Leader to join our dynamic team of strategy and operations consulting professionals. You will be responsible for leading and delivering projects across a broad range of areas, including:
Revenue Growth:
- Market entry strategy: Helping companies enter new markets by analyzing demographics, competition, and regulatory landscapes.
- New product development: Guiding clients through concept creation, market research, and launch.
- Customer experience (CX) transformation: Designing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and delight customers.
- Pricing strategy: Optimizing pricing models to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Sales and marketing effectiveness: Assessing and improving sales and marketing processes to generate leads and close deals.
Profitability Enhancement:
- Cost reduction: Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures across all operational areas.
- Organizational restructuring: Aligning organizational structure with business objectives and optimizing efficiency.
- Working capital optimization: Improving cash flow management to free up capital for growth.
- Digital transformation: Leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve profitability.
- Sustainable business practices: Identifying and implementing environmentally friendly initiatives that also generate cost savings.
Cost Optimization:
- Supply chain optimization: Streamlining procurement, logistics, and inventory management to reduce costs.
- Lean manufacturing: Implementing lean principles to minimize waste and improve operational efficiency.
- Procurement optimization: Negotiating better deals with suppliers and optimizing purchasing processes.
- Real estate optimization: Analyzing and optimizing office space utilization to reduce costs.
- IT optimization: Streamlining IT infrastructure and processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Additionally: Mergers and acquisitions (M&A): Advising clients on M&A strategy, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in consulting or a related field, ideally with exposure to strategy and operations projects.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering high-impact projects for clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree from a premier B-School, preferably with an MBA specialization in strategy or consulting.
