Sr. Consultant/Project Leader Change Management

Job Title: Change Management Consultant/Project Leader -HR Tech/Digital Transformation

Location: Ahmedabad, India (On-site)

Duration: 9 months

Objective of the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant/Project Leader to join us to deliver a critical 9-month project based for a conglomerate. The primary objective of this role is to lead and drive change management initiatives in the context of digital transformation and technology implementation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless adoption of digital solutions across the organization.

Scope of the Role:

As a Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing change strategies that facilitate the successful integration of technology and digital tools. This role encompasses creating awareness, managing resistance, and fostering a culture of digital adoption within the organization. The scope also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to align change initiatives with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute change management plans for digital and tech-driven initiatives.

- Identify key stakeholders and create engagement strategies to ensure buy-in.

- Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis associated with the change initiatives.

- Design and deliver training programs to build digital capabilities within the workforce.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies, making adjustments as needed.

Key KPIs:

- Successful implementation and adoption rate of digital tools.

- Reduction in resistance levels and increased employee engagement.

- Timely completion of change management milestones.

- Improvement in overall digital literacy within the organization.

Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in change management within the context of HR digital transformation or tech implementation.

- Strong understanding of organizational transformation and restructuring processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- Previous experience in driving digital adoption initiatives.

Collaboration Requirements and Dependencies:

- This role requires close collaboration with HR teams, project managers, and key business stakeholders. The Change Management Consultant will work closely with these groups to ensure a unified and cohesive approach to change implementation.

Reporting Relationship:

- The Change Management Consultant/Project Leader will report directly to the Client Engagement Manager overseeing the digital transformation initiative. Regular updates and strategic guidance will be provided by the project leadership team.
