Sr. Consultant - Product Delivery


R&R :

- Build and nurture rapport with clients and team members with clear focus on driving and delivering the required impact and tactfully apply skills and methodologies across engagements

- Manage expectations of clients and internal stakeholders, create visibility and drive value for the clients .

- Should have a clear and constant focus on outcomes being driven, delivered and realized both for the clients and the organization. Be responsible for successful delivery of the identified Transformation impact for the client

- Understand the reasoning behind processes, identify right agile practices and methodologies, implement the same while guiding, coaching and enabling client and internal teams

- Enable the client teams on Agile processes and practices such as conducting Planning workshops, Sprint communication plans, Release planning, Product backlog creation, User story writing and analysis etc, as needed on ground

- Liaison between client business and technical teams and if applicable, vendor partners to enable the outcomes of the change program. Own aspects of Change management and measuring the delivered and realized outcomes, as needed

- Be hands-on with the delivery team as needed, in order to make them understand, adopt and adapt to the agile ways of working and the reasoning behind it

- Participate in lead creation and account growth and expansion as needed

Need to have :

- Candidate must have a strong agile and software delivery background. Consulting experience would be a strong plus point

- 5+ years of experience working across product or service playing the PO/SM role. If there is specific Agile Coaching role played, it would be an added bonus

- Applied agile delivery practices hands-on in projects delivery of atleast 4+ years in the recent past

- Managed clients and stakeholders (both internal and client) expectations through the delivery process

- Strong Analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability

- Strong Presentation and Communication; spoken, written and listening

- Enthusiastic about technology and a continuous learner who looks for every opportunity to learn from those around them regardless of role, level, or experience

- Ability and willingness to unlearn and learn is key to being a strong contributor to the client, your team, yourself and the organization

- International exposure - work/ education

- Experience in growing and developing teams

Nice to have :

- Understanding and exposure to XP engineering practices like TDD, CI, Refactoring etc and their importance to agility would be a great addition

- Prior experience working on end to end Digital Transformation projects for large organizations in BFSI/Telecom/Healthcare sector

- Experience in playing an Engagement Manager role across accounts, with growth targets

- Prior experience working with a boutique Digital Transformation Consulting firm

- Prior experience working with technology start-up(s)

- Skills highlighted with '' are preferred key skills
